Refund & Exchange Policy
Due to post-pandemic regulations and limited supply of apparel, we are unable to process returns, exchanges, order cancellations, or refunds. Any rare exceptions will be at the discretion of our leadership team. Please verify your size and purchase before checking out.
Any requests for an exception must be made within 3 business days of receiving your item (s). If an exception is granted, it will be communicated via email; the exchange will be subject to a $15 (USD) processing fee, which must be paid in advance. Instructions on payments will be provided via email if an exception is granted.
All orders may take 1-3 weeks to arrive. Many orders arrive sooner. Shipping is mainly dependent on the immediate availability of the ordered apparel, as well as on delays caused by holidays and government closures. We are not offering expedited shipping at the moment.

Shipping is now restricted to the continental U.S. We will announce when global shipping becomes available.
Shipping rates are flat-rate and based on the weight of the items purchased. All weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. If a larger flat-rate shipping method is required, the cost difference is the buyer's responsibility. As such, we will send a separate invoice to the email provided at the time of the order.
We are not responsible for lost/stolen, or damaged items placed in the mail. Please refer to the carrier and complete an appropriate claim in such circumstances. However, we will do our best to assist you and ensure satisfaction from a small-business perspective.
